Corrections agents can only work in two types of places. Either in a prison or in a courthouse. Working in a prison it's more dynamic because there's a lot more inmates but in a courthouse, you're not going to have interviews with the inmates and work there the case to help them. You are only going to supervise them and make sure they don't escape.

To become a correctional agent, you need to have a high-school diploma and two years of school after high-school in a relevant field. With all this criteria field you can get selected to go to the school and get a specialized formation of 15 weeks, and then you're going to be able to work in a prison as a correctional agent. To do the job of a correctional agent you need to be able to adapt well two changes, and to be able to deal with tough decision-making. A robot is not able to do that these kinds of things while being empathetic with the inmates. Being front of a human and doing a crime is much harder than doing it in front of a robot.
What age do correctional agents retire at?
The retirement age for a correctional agent is between the age of 60 to 65. You're going to have 30 years of service if you want to get a full pension. In these 30 years of service you're going to have acquired Some good skills for your life. You're also going to have acquired a good sense of stress management.
